titleOfInvention Perfluorocarbon gas transferring emulsion for medico-biological use, the composition and the production method thereof a medicinal agent
abstract The invention relates to the medical and biological industry, in particular to the composition, production method and the application of agents based on perfluorocarbon emulsions and used in the form of blood substitutes and other medicinal agents. The aim of said invention is to develop a method and a composition from a mixture of fast (C8 -C10)- and/or slow (C11 -C12)- excreting perfluorocarbon types, such as perfluorodecaline (PFD)/ perfluoromethylcyclohexylpyridin (PFDCP), or PFD /perfluorotributylamine (PFTBA), or perfluorooctyl bromide (PFOB)/PFDCP, or PFOB/PFTBA at a ratio ranging from 1/1 to 10/10, respectively; or a mixture o three perfluorocarbon types: two fast-excreting (C8 -C10) and one slow-excreting (C11 -C12), or one fast-excreting (C8 -C10) and two slow-excreting (C11 -C12) perfluorocarbon types, such as PFOB/ PFD/PFDCP or PFOB/ PFD/PFTBA, or PFOB/PFDCP/PFTBA, or PDF/PFDCP/PFTBA at a ratio ranging from 1/1/1 to 10/10/10, respectively; or a mixture of four perfluorocarbon types : two fast-excreting (C8 -C10) and two slow-excreting (C11 -C12) perfluorocarbon types, such as PFOB/ PFD/PFDCP/PFTBA at a ratio ranging from 1/1/1 to 10/10/10, respectively. The mixture of perfluorocarbons in emulsion ranging from 1% (0.5 vol.% to 100% (50 vol.%) and having an average particle size of 30-80 nm is emulgated by proxanol-268 from 0.2 to 20% with a molar mass of 6-12 Da and has an acceptable electrolytic solution.
