The component (c) is contained in an amount of 0.01-7.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the component (a) and the component (b). An acid anhydride addition product (a-1) of a compound having 3 or more (meth)acryloyl groups and a hydroxyl group can be used as the component (a).
