titleOfInvention Microencapsulated nucleotide formulations for aquaculture and land animal feeds
abstract A nucleotide-containing feed supplement having improved water stability and dietary efficacy is provided. The feed supplement includes a core containing at least one nucleotide microencapsulated within a coating such as a protein material. The microencapsulated nucleotide feed supplement can be combined with a nutrient base to provide a feed formulation adapted for use in aquatic environments. A method of making the microencapsulated nucleotide feed supplement is also provided.
