abstract The invention concerns a method for making a product, in particular an agri-food or pharmaceutical product, including a step of adding a sweetening agent consisting wholly or partly in incorporating into the product a gas or gas mixture comprising nitrogen N2O protoxide. The invention is characterized in that it consists in prior addition into the product composition of one or more additives for slowing down the kinetics of the gas or gas mixture desorption comprising nitrogen N2O protoxide in said matrix once the latter has been incorporated.
