abstract Disclosed is an aqueous primer coating composition containing an aqueous polyolefin resin (A), at least one aqueous resin (B) selected from aqueous polyurethane resins and aqueous acrylic resins, a polyester resin (C) and a crosslinking agent (D). The aqueous primer coating composition contains 15-80% by weight of the component (A), 5-80% by weight of the component (B) and 1-20% by weight of the component (C) in terms of solid content ratio based on the total resin solid content of the components (A), (B) and (C). In addition, the coating composition contains 1-40 parts by weight of the component (D) per 100 parts by weight of the total solid content of the components (A), (B) and (C).
