Composite sheet and use thereof |
abstract |
Disclosed is a sealing sheet with high productivity which can be used in place of conventional sealing sheets made of EVA which have been widely used. The sealing sheet is good in transparency, heat resistance and adhesion to polypropylene resins. Specifically disclosed is a sealing sheet (I) which is made of a thermoplastic resin composition composed of 0-90 parts by weight of a propylene polymer (A) and 10-100 parts by weight of a propylene copolymer (B) (with the total of (A) and (B) being 100 parts by weight). The propylene polymer (A) has a melting point determined by differential scanning calorimetry of not less than 100˚C. The propylene copolymer (B) is a copolymer between propylene and at least one olefin selected from the group consisting of ethylene and α-olefins having 4-20 carbon atoms, and has a Shore A hardness of 30-80. The propylene copolymer (B) has a melting point determined by differential scanning calorimetry of less than 100˚C, or no melting point is observed. The thermoplastic resin composition has a compression set measured at 23˚C of 5-35% and a compression set measured at 70˚C of 50-70%. |
