abstract |
This invention provides a solar battery element comprising a paste composition, which can suppress the occurrence of blister or aluminum balls in a backside electrode layer during firing and further can reduce the deformation of a silicon semiconductor substrate, and an electrode formed using the composition. The paste composition is a paste composition for forming an electrode (8) on a silicon semiconductor substrate (1) and comprises an aluminum powder, an organic vehicle, and a hydroxide. The solar battery element comprises an electrode (8) formed by coating the paste composition having the above features onto the silicon semiconductor substrate (1) and firing the coating. |
