abstract The invention relates to a sampling system for fluid samples comprising a) a sample reception container (2) which is used for receiving samples and closed by a septum (21), b) a holder (3) for the sample reception container (2) which receives and holds the sample reception container (2) and c) a sample probe (1) which is immersed into a fluid volume for taking a sample thereof, wherein the sample probe (1) is embodied in the form of a hollow volume (10) which comprises a first opening arranged on an end thereof for introducing said holder (3) and sample reception container (2) and is closed on the other end thereof by a first valve (12) provided with a hollow needle (13) which is projected into the internal space of the sample probe (1), is openable by contacting the holder (3) and/or the sample reception container (2) in such a way that it is connects the external space of the sample probe (1) to the internal volume of the hollow needle (13).
