Studies are made on whether or not preventive and therapeutic effects on infection with tuberculosis bacteria can be achieved by enclosing a DNA vaccine, which is efficacious against tuberculosis (Hsp65 DNA and IL-12 DNA), in an envelope vector of Sendai virus and administering it to a model mouse. As a result, it is clarified that the efficacy of the DNA vaccine can be enhanced by enclosing the DNA vaccine in the virus envelope vector. |
