Particularly useful Wnt pathway stimulators include, but are not limited to, Wnt7b-like molecules. Particularly useful Tie2 pathway repressor components include, but are not limited to, Ang2-like molecules. The methods allow for modulation of vascular endothelial cells, vascular endothelial cell vessels, capillary bed development, and angiogenesis.
