The invention relates to a stent-graft prosthesis comprising a toroidal extensible envelope (34) which is provided with at least two openings (36, 37), is made of a flexible material and used for covering the inside of an arterial aneurysm (1) and possibly an aorta insert (23) which is allocated to said envelop (34) in the form of a vascular prosthesis provided with expandable supporting structures (39, 40) for fastening said aorta insert (23) to the envelope (34) in the area of the openings (36, 37) thereof. The envelope is embodied in the form of a foldable toroid and has a shape adapted to the aneurysm shape in the unfolded state thereof. |
