The present invention provides constructs and methods for a protein complementation assay capable of detecting biomolecule interactions. In particular, the invention provides pairs of constructs that are comprised of a first and second biomolecule and a first and second polypeptide fragment so that if the first and second biomolecule interact, the first and second polypeptide fragments will associated to produce a detectable signal. |
