A lubricating grease that excels in high-temperature durability, and that inhibits any reaction between fluorine and steel, having a prolonged service life; and a roller bearing filled with the lubricating grease. There is provided a fluorocomponent-having lubricating grease comprising a perfluoropolyether oil as a base oil and a fluororesin powder as a thickening agent and further comprising a substance capable of forming a film on a metal surface, wherein the substance is one having a -NH- bond in its molecular structure such as a diurea compound, a metal salt of organic acid such as sodium sebacate, a molybdic salt such as potassium molybdate or sodium molybdate, or a bismuth compound such as bismuth sulfate. Further, there is provided a roller bearing comprising a concentrically arranged inner ring and outer ring, multiple rolling elements interposed therebetween and a retainer separately retaining the rolling elements, wherein the above lubricating grease is charged around the rolling elements. |
