abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a metal-laminating film which can be used as a laminating film for a two-piece can, shows an excellent molding processability in the manufacture of a can, and hardly influences on the flavor of a beverage contained in the can, and also provide a film-laminated metal plate and a film-laminated metal container. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A film for laminating a metal plate which comprises a thermoplastic polyester resin composition. The composition contains an alkylene oxide unit which is derived from a polyoxyalkylene glycol component and has two or more carbon atoms, in an amount of 2 to 20% by mole relative to the total amount of all of the acids in the polyester resin composition. The thermoplastic polyester resin composition is characterized in that it shows a weight average molecular weight (A) higher than 40000 when a film comprising the composition is laminated on a metal substrate and the resulting film is re-melted with heat at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the resin and then quenched. |
