abstract The invention relates to an anchoring element (10) comprising an external bearing structure in the form of a traction device (15), which is preferably net-shaped and is provided with a ballast body (36) made of a local materials. In a preferred embodiment, said ballast body is fixed to the surface by means of appropriate binders in such a way that it is not deformed. The core thereof is not necessarily solid, thereby facilitating the disassembly of such heavyweight elements. In such a case, it is sufficient to take appropriate measures for opening or fractionating the ballast body envelope, to remove a filling material therefrom and to recover the traction device.
