abstract |
A polyelectrolyte fuel cell wherein a reaction gas can be efficiently used for electrode reaction, and sufficient power generating performance can be ensured by a simple constitution, even when spaces are formed between an anode side sealing member of the fuel cell and an end a plane of the anode, and between a cathode side sealing member of the fuel cell and an end plane of the cathode. At least the anode side sealing member or the cathode side sealing member of the fuel cell is composed of an annular main body section and at least one deformable protruding section arranged on an inner plane of the annular main body section. |
