abstract |
The present invention is directed to an device or apparatus (10) and method for controllably adjusting a fluid delivery device. The device (10) includes an electrochemical pump (18) capable of transporting a fluid. A displaceable member (14) is positioned between a pump product chamber (16) and a reservoir (12), wherein the pump product chamber (16) is capable of retaining water generated from the pump (18). The displaceable member (14) is controllably displaced upon generation of water from the electrochemical pump (18) and the reservoir (12) contains the fluid that is delivered upon displacement of the displaceable member (14). |
