abstract This invention relates to the confirmation of many convergences surrounding new concepts of physics such as the end of Einstein-Bohr theories. The invention makes it possible to discover a general structure of the neutron, the proton and the neutrino, which makes it possible to highlight concrete mechanisms of strong and weak nuclear forces constituting a parallel to the mechanisms of electromagnetic and gravitational forces previously proposed. It follows that the use of particle radiation, collective or taken one by one, at the origin of these nuclear forces, must lead to new possibilities of nuclear fusion and fission with release of very important energies, of an unknown level.
