titleOfInvention Anti-fatigue composition
abstract Fatigue occupies an important position in the modern lifestyle. Although many anti-fatigue compositions are commercially available, few can be expected to have a proven effect. Then, a study was made for the purpose of providing a composition which has a proven anti-fatigue effect. As a result, it is now found that a composition comprising reduced coenzyme Q and a lipoic acid derivative acts as an excellent anti-fatigue composition. When the anti-fatigue composition is administered to a mammal, the components can exert anti-fatigue effects synergistically even at a dose at which a satisfactory effect cannot be achieved when each of the components is administered singly. The anti-fatigue composition is safe and shows a proven anti-fatigue effect.
