abstract It is possible to provide an interaction detection unit having a reaction region of simple structure capable of obtaining electromechanical effect in the entire region, and others. The interaction detection unit (1) includes at least a reaction region (2) providing a field of interaction between substances and an electrode E1 (or electrode group) having the same potential and arranged adjacent to the reaction region (2). Moreover, it is possible to provide a sensor chip such as a DNA chip and a protein chip having the interaction detection unit (1) and an interaction detection device using the detection unit (1).
