abstract |
It is intended to provide a molecule for assaying activity, which is required in assaying biological reactions or changes in in vivo conditions, and a method of assaying activity by using this molecule for assaying activity. A molecule for assaying activity whereby multiple biological reactions and/or multiple changes in in vivo conditions can be simultaneously analyzed characterized in that one or more fluorescent labeled biological molecules and/or biological molecules having no fluorescent label, which are the subjects of the biological reactions or the changes in in vivo conditions are attached to quantum dots, and a method for the simultaneous analysis of multiple biological reactions and/or multiple changes in in vivo conditions by using the above-described molecule for assaying activity. |
