A filter processing method, a filter encapsulation chip, and a filter processing device in which separation can be carried out more efficiently and quickly. The filter processing method comprises a step for introducing liquid through a fixing opening into a filter encapsulation chip that includes a chip-like container having an opening being fixed directly or indirectly to a nozzle capable of ejecting gas and a mouth allowing outflow of liquid through ejection of gas, and a filter being encapsulated in the chip-like container and partitioning the fixing opening from the mouth such that the liquid can be stored while being fixed to the nozzle on the fixing opening side so that the liquid is passed and a predetermined substance can be separated, a step for fixing the liquid-introduced filter encapsulation chip to the nozzle directly or indirectly, and a pressurization step for ejecting gas from the nozzle to the filter encapsulation chip thus fixed. |
