abstract | It relates to a method of stabilizing a pulmonary surfactant protein for a long period of time, an aqueous solution containing the stabilized pulmonary surfactant protein and a kit for measuring a pulmonary surfactant protein, comprising the aqueous solution containing the stabilized pulmonary surfactant protein as a component reagent. A method of stabilizing a pulmonary surfactant protein by allowing a calcium ion and a substance involved in redox to coexist is provided. The aqueous solution containing the stabilized pulmonary surfactant protein in which a calcium ion and the substance involved in redox are used in combination is provided. Further, the kit for measuring a pulmonary surfactant protein which is a kit for measuring a pulmonary surfactant protein in a sample by an immunological method utilizing an antigen-antibody reaction characterized by comprising the aqueous solution containing the stabilized pulmonary surfactant protein in which a calcium ion and the substance involved in redox are used in combination as a standard solution of a pulmonary surfactant protein is provided. |
