abstract A control tube having a inner core tube and a coating protective cover, characterized in that the inner core tube mainly comprises an elastomer composed of a hydrocarbon, and the coating protective cover comprises a halogen-free and phosphorus-free flame-retardant resin composition containing magnesium hydroxide and a silicone-based flame retardant. The above control tube allows the reduction or settlement of the adverse influence on a person handling the tube product or on the environment, over all the processes with respect to the production, use and disposal of a control tube.
