abstract |
Disclosed is a coated steel product coated with a primer. This coated steel product exhibits high laser cuttability when cut with laser while having excellent antirust properties. Also disclosed is a coating material used for such a coated steel product. Specifically, a coated steel product having excellent laser cuttability and primary antirust property is obtained by coating the surface of a steel product with a primer containing a titania powder, a zinc powder and an aluminum powder. The primer is preferably applied such that the coated amount of the titania powder is 4.5-26 g/m2, the coated amount of the zinc powder is 9-30 g/m2, and the coated amount of the aluminum powder is 0.1-10 g/m2. |
