A cell image analyzing device comprising a photographing unit (55) for acquiring a plurality of cell images different in photographing conditions, and an analyzing unit (80) for extracting the positions of cells and at least one feature quantity based on the plurality of cell images and statistically analyzing the extracted feature quantity as a parameter.
