abstract An organic EL element sealing film is provided for performing sealing by a simple process and permitting an organic EL display to be thin, large and made into a film, without affecting the organic EL element. The entire surface of the organic EL element formed on a substrate is sealed by using the organic EL element sealing film, which includes an epoxy resin layer (1), an inorganic film layer and an epoxy resin layer (2) which are successively laminated on a base film.
