titleOfInvention Signal amplification method
abstract It is intended to provide a signal amplification method whereby the signal sensitivity, qualifying properties and handling properties can be improved in the detection of a target gene with the use of the pulsar method, a method of detecting a target gene by using the above method and oligonucleotide probes to be used in the above method. Namely, a signal amplification method in detecting a target gene with the use of a polymer formed by using multiple types of oligonucleotide probes having complementary base sequence regions being hybridizable with each other, wherein the detection is made by labeling at least one of the multiple types of oligonucleotide probes with an acridinium ester.
