titleOfInvention Treatment method for atomizing and air-drying spent caustic solution and residue from oil refinery
abstract The invention discloses a treatment method for atomizing and air-drying spent caustic solution and residue from oil refinery, which relates to a method of treating spent caustic residue from oil refinery using renewable natural energy. Open-atomizes and air-dries the residue in the storeroom. Atomizes the solution to be treated in the process of producing the solution and makes a sufficient contact between the atomized fluid and locus natural air fluid. While humidity of natural air fluid flowing through the atomized fluid is increased, the water content of the atomized fluid can be decreased. Through the invention, the goal of zero discharge of spent caustic solution and residue from oil refinery can be achieved by the use of over 80% of renewable natural energy. And the method can be used for treating not only spent caustic residue, but also similar solution of heavy chemical industry.
