abstract |
There is provided an electric cell capable of suppressing expansion and improving capacity. The electric cell includes an external member (30) formed by an aluminum laminate film and a winding electrode (20) formed by a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are layered and wound via a separator and electrolyte and arranged in the external member (30). The positive electrode or the negative electrode contains a graphite material as an absorbing material. The graphite material is such that the average spacing d002 of the (002) surface of the hexagonal system obtained by X-ray diffraction method is not smaller than 0.3354 nm and not greater than 0.3370 nm and it is possible to obtain a peak belonging to the (101) surface of a rhombohedral by X-ray diffraction method. Thus, it is possible to absorb gas and suppress expansion as well as to improve cell characteristic such as a capacity. |
