Further, the column comprises a chromatography matrix of porous substantially non-magnetic particles having a size distribution of 45-165 µm, wherein the particle surfaces present immobilised ni-trilotriacetic acid (NTA) ligands; and adjacent to the outlet distributor means is a deep filter unit having a pore distribution of 20-130 µm |
