A sixth coil electrode (50f) forming a first coil (L1) is electrically connected to a twelfth coil electrode (52f) forming a second coil (L2), for example, via a second capacitor electrode (36) in a second capacitor electrode layer (Sb2). Thus, an induction body (18) has a permeability significantly smaller than the permeability of a magnetic body (20) (for example permeability μ = 1). Accordingly, it is possible to minimize the permeability to such a degree that it is possible to ignore the connection between the first coil (L1) and the second coil (L2) appearing equivalently and to obtain a desired frequency characteristic. |
