Vessel for section sample treatment, method of section sample treatment and section sample treatment apparatus |
abstract |
An apparatus comprising side-wall-constituting tube member (20), bottom-constituting bottom member (30) brought into contact with the bottom surface of the tube member (20) and locking fixing part (35) disposed to lock the tube member (20) and the bottom member (30) to each other, wherein so as to arrange one thin section sample (P1) among multiple thin section samples (P1) in the tube member (20), carrier tape (T) is interposed between the tube member (20) and the bottom member (30) in such a fashion that the former faces one major surface (T1) of the carrier tape (T) while the latter faces the other major surface (T2) of the carrier tape (T). Consequently, without cutting apart a line of tape having thin slice samples of biotissue retained thereon, the thin slice samples of biotissue retained on the tape can be treated with different chemicals in accordance with diversified biotissue observations. |
