The inventive method for producing an implantable dental prosthesis consists in forming a radiological guide whose image positioned on a patient jaw is processable in such a way that it makes it possible to introduce implants and virtual guiding cylinders in a surgically suitable position, in drilling a radiological guide according to information items obtained by the image processing and in placing the real guiding cylinders in the thus drilled holes in such a way that a surgical guide is formed, in drilling a jaw model through the surgical guide with the aid of the guiding cylinders, in inserting implant into analogue drilled holes in a surgically appropriate position of the processed images and marking the rotatable position thereof, and in forming the dental prosthesis according to the model prior to arranging it in the mouth. A device for carrying out said method is also disclosed. |
