The negative electrode active material layer contains at least one substance selected from the group consisting of simple substance of silicon, silicon alloys, compounds containing silicon and oxygen, compounds containing silicon and nitrogen, compounds containing silicon and fluorine, simple substance of tin, tin alloys, compounds containing tin and oxygen, compounds containing tin and nitrogen and compounds containing tin and fluorine.
