abstract A net material capable of light transmission excelling in heat shielding property. There is provided net material (2) comprising two uniaxially oriented split fiber films (21) superimposed on each other so that the orienting directions thereof are orthogonal to each other. The resin as a base of the uniaxially oriented split fiber films (21) has particles added thereto. The particles are added to the resin in an amount of 0.5 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of resin so that the average diameter of particles is ≥ 0.8 μm and so that the proportion of particles with ≥ 0.4 μm diameter is ≥ 90%.
