A method for improving the storage stability of NADH or NADPH (abbreviated as “NAD(P)H”, hereinafter) or a salt thereof, the method being characterized in that NAD(P)H or a salt thereof is co-presented with cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative without dissolving these substances in a solvent; a process for producing a solid composition comprising NAD(P)H or a salt thereof in combination with cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative, the process comprising mixing NAD(P)H or the salt thereof with cyclodextrin or the cyclodextrin derivative without dissolving these substances in a solvent; and a solid composition comprising NAD(P)H or a salt thereof in combination with cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative. |
