The invention relates to a composition containing an aqueous solution (i) and a phospholipid mixture (ii) containing phosphatidylcholine (ii-1), phosphatidylethanolamine (ii-2) and, optionally,sphingomyelin (ii-3), wherein the phospholipid mixture is provided in the form of particles, preferably in the form of liposomes, having an average particle diameter of 15 - 250 nanometers (hereafter indicated as nm), in the liquid solution. The invention also relates to a method for the production of the inventive composition and the use of the inventive composition as medicaments, particularly as medicaments for the treatment of osteoarthrosis. |
