The invention relates to a chewing gum comprising at least one biodegradable polymer in an amount of from about 0.1 % to about 99 %, said biodegradable polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) above 37°C and having a molecular weight (Mn) within the range of approximately 500 to 60000 g/mol and wherein said chewing gum comprises less than approximately 5% by weight of natural resins. |
