titleOfInvention Diet tech dietetic system
abstract The invention relates to an electronic device which indicates the food components of food inserted therein, such as calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, sodium, calcium, fibres and cholesterol. The inventive device is formed by a main outer structure, electronic weighing scales, a digital organiser, a power source, an inner structure made from a synthetic material, a base made from a rigid material, a ring for securing the removable plastic structures and a set of handles. The system includes an infrared transmitter for transmitting information to a personal computer containing a program for analysing the dietary information received. The main outer structure is formed by an elliptical container with four compartments, the contents of which are weighed by the electronic scales, and a sealed transparent cover. Different types of dinnerware (plates, glasses, bowls), depending on the dietary requirements of the user, are positioned on the electronic scales. The electronic scales transfer the information to the control panel of the main structure. The digital organiser contains a general control panel for taking readings from the containers and can be connected to a personal computer in order to obtain statistics relating to the dietary information of each user.
