abstract |
It is provided a cell culture medium comprising latent and/or activated TGF-β1. In particular, the medium is a hepatocyte culture medium. It is also provided method for cell culture comprising adding the medium according to any embodiment of the invention to the cell culture. The cell culture may be an in vivo, ex vivo or in vitro cell culture. In particular, the cell culture comprises a least a hepatocyte culture. The cell culture may be of pure hepatocytes or co-culture comprising hepatocyte and at least a second cell culture. |
