abstract An electromagnetic interference inhibitor of substantially unpressurized sheet form obtained through application of a magnetic coating material and drying of the same. The electromagnetic interference inhibitor comprises 30 to 80 vol.% of soft magnetic powder and 20 to 70 vol.% of binder, the binder being a resin or elastomer of ≥ 50°C glass transition temperature and/or softening point whose storage elastic modulus (E’) measured at room temperature in form containing neither solvent nor filler is ≥ 107 Pa (JIS K 7244-1). This electromagnetic interference inhibitor exerts an excellent electromagnetic interference inhibiting effect.
