The invention concerns a water-in-oil emulsion comprising a porous powder, the particles of the powder having the following characteristics: an apparent specific surface of 1 to 299 m2/g measured by nitrogen absorption in accordance with the BET ISO 9277 method; a linseed oil absorption between 45g/100g of powder and 160g/100g of powder measured in accordance with ISO 787-5. The average diameter of the particles of the powder is between 2 µm and 100 µm, preferably between 2 and 50 µm, more preferably still between 2 and 20µm. The powder is selected among a polyamide, polyesteramide, polyurethane, poly(methyl)methacrylate, acrylic polymer, polyester, silicone, polyethylene and silica powder. The invention also concerns the use of the emulsion to obtain a non glossy, non-oily, non-tacky and/or non-sticky make up and/or skin care product as well as the use of the fine powder for improving the feel and/or the look of a cosmetic emulsion. |
