abstract | The present application describes methods of suppressing an undesired immune response through the administration of an interleukin-7 antagonist to a subject in an amount effective to suppress the undesired immune response in the subject. A further aspect of the present invention describes a method of treating graft-versus-host disease in a mammalian subject through the administration of an interleukin-7 antagonist in an amount effective to treat the graft-versus-host disease in the subject. The present invention further describes the use of an interleukin-7 antagonist active agent for the preparation of a medicament for carrying out a method of treatment. |
