titleOfInvention Gas cooking stove
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a high thermal efficiency by increasing an efficiency of heat transfer between a combustion gas and a cooking container. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] According to this table cooking stove (1) in this embodiment, the combustion gas (including flame) is jetted from the burner port (17) of a burner (14) diagonally upward so as to be generally twisted in the peripheral direction of the burner. The combustion gas flows into a plurality of spirally partitioned combustion gas passages, and is passed to the outside while colliding with trivet claws (22). The combustion gas is discharged in the outer peripheral direction along the bottom face of the cooking container (P) while being spirally guided by the trivet claws (22). As a result, since the flow of the combustion gas is disturbed by a direction changing force continuously applied thereto, a heat transfer boundary film is not formed on the bottom face of the cooking container (P) and the heat of the combustion gas is well transferred to the bottom face of the cooking container (P).
