abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a perfume composition which is a more tasteful musk-like aroma and is a new perfume material of excellent aroma quality. When the perfume composition is added to a perfume product, retentivity is improved and a high-performance excellent musk-like aroma can be emitted. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The perfume composition contains as an active ingredient a mixture of optically active muscone isomers which is a mixture of the (R)- and (S)-isomers of optically active muscone, the blending ratio of the former to the latter being from 90/10 to 95/5 (by mass) or from 75/25 to 80/20 (by mass). |
