The invention relates to a method for producing molded parts, according to which a pigmented coating agent (P) and a radically cross-linkable coating agent (K), which after final cross-linking produces a transparent coating (KE), are applied to a support film, the coating agent (K) is used to produce a dried but not finally cross-linked coating(KT), the coated support film is shaped and back-injected or back-foamed with a liquid plastic material, and the coating (KT) is allowed to cure or post-cure unless it has already done so. The cross-linkable coating agent (K) comprises a radically cross-linkable component (KK) which has H-bridging structure elements in such an amount that 1) a not finally cross-linked coating (MT) produced from the mixture (M) of component (KK) with additives has a ratio of storage modulus G(MT)' to loss modulus G(MT)' of 5 to 200, G(MT)' and G(MT)' being determined at 20 °C by rheological oscillation measurements, and 2) a finally cross-linked coating (ME) produced from the mixture (M) of component (KK) with additives has a storage modulus E(ME)' of 1.0 * 107.0 to 8.0 * 107.0 Pa, whereby E(ME)' is measured by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis in the rubber-elastic range. |
