A method for establishing gonochoristic shellfish selfing line includes such steps as choosing gonochoristic shellfish special individuals which have both female sexcell and male sex-cell, using the self ing strategy to establish and breed selfing line. For gonochoristic shellfish, differences of the gonadial color between female and male of the same species can be distinguished by macroscopic examination in vivo. |
