abstract An aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion composition which has a great film crack threshold thickness and permits the formation of thick film by single application or impregnation and which can give film excellent in crack threshold thickness and transparency even though a modified PTFE is used. The dispersion composition is one comprising PTFE resin particles (A) and a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether compound (B) which is characterized in that the concentration of solid PTFE resin is 30 to 70 % by mass based on the dispersion composition, that the viscosity of the composition at 25˚C is 0.1Pa·s or below, that the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether compound (B) is contained in an amount of 9 to 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the solid PTFE, and that the PTFE resin constituting the particles (A) is a modified PTFE resin.
