titleOfInvention Application device for compressive cuffs
abstract Disclosed is an application device for compressive cuffs in order to locally surround a blood vessel. The aim of the invention is to create an application device for superelastic compressive cuffs which makes it possible to surgically insert the application while making the intervention as easy as possible for the patient. Said aim is achieved by an application device comprising a guiding mechanism for the blood vessel, a support (3) for positioning a compressive cuff (6) that is bent open, and a sliding element (5) for sliding the compressive cuff off the support and onto the blood vessel.
